The GCR Locomotive Group attends events with its display stand giving members of the public the latest developments in the project. Members of the group also give talks and presentations at society and other meetings. The next talks and events are listed below. Saturday 19th October 2024: GCR 567 Supporter Day
The GCR 567 Group is pleased to announce we are holding this year's AGM on the Great Central Railway at Quorn Station in the so called "Tin Shed" also know as the Beer Shed in the Goods Yard
We look forward to meeting all our supporters. Our latest workshop item, the Front Bogie Truck Assembly will also be exclusively unveiled for all those attending
Our Supporters Donate £5.67 per month to the project, those who join on the day can attend the full event including the AGM. We also will have some special supporter gifts to give to those who attend, more on that later.
The project is now making significant progress and so it is a perfect time to join us and get your name onto iconic parts of the locomotive. That saying we appreciate all your support, funding and engagement.
